Description:

We’re looking for Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees to create UGC-style content for brands — no experience needed, just a natural vibe, camera confidence, and ability to speak like a real person, not a script. You’ll be featured in short scripts, promo scenes, and ad-style segments where you’ll speak, move, and engage the viewer naturally. We’ll teach you how to memorize short scripts, take direction, and act with presence even in simple setups. Expect to work on scenes like “unbox and explain,” “use the product while talking,” or “reaction to transformation” content. Expect to film on your phone, use natural lighting, and create content that feels like a recommendation from a friend, not an ad. You’ll learn how to take basic scripts or concepts and turn them into engaging moments that feel real and relatable. ” Some content will be scripted, others spontaneous — you’ll get better at flowing naturally and finding beauty in the small things. You’ll be working with products in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, or wellness depending on the campaign. We’ll help you understand platform trends, timing, hashtags, and how to post with intention instead of stress.

Basic Qualifications:

• Show up on time, prepared, and with a good attitude—people remember that.
• Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines and posting schedules.
• Post regularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube using strategic timing and hashtags.
• Be flexible with last-minute changes, shoots, or travel opportunities.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to bring creative visions to life.

Preferred:

• Understands basic posing, framing, and on-camera presence across different platforms.
• Comfortable working in studio or on-location shoots with fast-paced schedules and tight timelines.
• Can maintain a professional social media image aligned with client expectations.
• Background or interest in performance, visual storytelling, fashion, or online influence.
• Thrives in creative, media-driven environments that reward charisma and originality.
