Description:
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help streamline daily operations. You’ll be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that meetings and deadlines are met on time. You’ll assist with email management, responding to inquiries, prioritizing messages, and organizing communications effectively. You’ll handle research projects, gathering key information and presenting findings to help with decision-making processes. You’ll assist with research tasks, gathering information on various topics to support business initiatives. You’ll manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries for business trips. You’ll assist with managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers. You’ll help with research projects, gathering relevant data and providing summaries to assist in decision-making. You’ll handle administrative tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and filing to keep the team organized.
Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain a calm, helpful, and professional tone in all interactions—whether you're working with clients or team members.
- Conduct light research, data entry, or spreadsheet updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and file organization to keep operations running smoothly.
- Use productivity tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Calendly, etc.) efficiently and independently.
- Keep SOPs and task documentation updated so things stay clear for you and anyone else who joins the team.
Preferred:
- Wants to grow into roles like Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable communicating professionally via email, chat, or video calls.
- Knows how to organize digital folders, set up cloud storage, and maintain clean systems.
- Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
