We’re hiring a Public Relations Trainee who’s excited to learn how to manage brand image, engage with media, and tell stories that connect — no experience required, just a love for language and a sharp sense of timing. You’ll help draft press releases, prepare social media statements, and brainstorm fresh ideas for media outreach. We’ll teach you how to identify the right journalists, craft story angles, and follow up professionally to land coverage. You’ll support coordination with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to help get the right message to the right people. Expect to contribute to campaign planning, media monitoring, and drafting public statements for real-time situations. You’ll learn how to write for voice, not just grammar — mastering how tone changes depending on the outlet or platform. We’ll show you how to respond to crises with calm, consistency, and strategic messaging. You’ll get experience with press release formatting, tone of voice guidelines, and brand narrative alignment. You’ll be included in team discussions about positioning, timing, and media angles that spark coverage.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write FAQs, talking points, and internal comms to support consistent messaging during sensitive situations.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns around product launches, events, or brand milestones.
• Secure speaking engagements, guest articles, and podcast spots to boost brand credibility.
• Ensure all public messaging is clear, respectful, and in alignment with brand reputation.
• Turn complex company updates into human, headline-worthy stories.

Preferred:

• Enjoys building relationships, amplifying voices, and creating positive public perception.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, legal, HR, or executive teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiar with social media strategy and how PR integrates with digital marketing efforts.
• Able to coordinate interviews, press events, and public appearances with journalists or influencers.
• Willing to help shape talking points, FAQs, and key messaging for leadership or spokespeople.
