Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to join our night shift team — ideal for someone who values quiet focus, steady work, and getting things done while the world sleeps. You’ll start by getting familiar with safety protocols, protective gear, and how to work efficiently in cold or freezing temperatures. You’ll learn how to pick items for customer orders using handheld devices and packing slips. You’ll help pick and pack overnight orders, prepping them for early-morning courier pickups or dispatch. You’ll be trained to follow clear routines — organizing bins, labeling shelves, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. You’ll support order picking and packing using insulated packaging, dry ice, or gel packs where required. You’ll assist in restocking, moving pallets, and rearranging sections to prepare for the next day’s operations. You’ll follow safety protocols specific to airside work, including visibility gear, restricted access zones, and time windows. You’ll participate in quality checks to catch wrong items, damaged goods, or missed SKUs before they leave the building.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure packages are sealed, labeled, and ready for shipping or internal distribution.
• Use inventory management systems to log incoming/outgoing goods and update stock levels.
• Check product quality and match items to orders before packing or dispatch.
• Follow shift schedules, clock in/out properly, and be punctual and dependable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Preferred:

• Able to label, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory according to warehouse procedures.
• Organized in maintaining clean, efficient workstations and contributing to general warehouse cleanliness.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Open to learning warehouse systems, software tools, or RFID tracking if needed by the role.
• Pays close attention to order accuracy, packaging quality, and proper documentation.
