Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll drive to scheduled appointments with a fully equipped vehicle to perform exterior and interior cleanings on-site. You’ll wash, rinse, and dry vehicles using water-efficient systems, foam cannons, and microfiber towels. You’ll vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe dashboards, and freshen up seats without needing access to fixed facilities. You’ll be trained to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and long-handled tools when working on taller vehicles or roof areas. You’ll help move vehicles in and out of wash bays or drying areas, ensuring proper spacing and flow of traffic. You’ll use eco-friendly products and low-water techniques to minimize environmental impact and maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll rotate between wash bays, delivery prep, showroom wipe-downs, and auction-ready cleanings depending on daily tasks. You’ll help stage vehicles for cleaning, back them out safely after washing, and assist in organizing fleet rows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on water usage and cleaning material levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow instructions carefully and ask questions if unsure about a product or procedure.
• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.
• Support team members during peak times by helping with vacuuming, drying, or prepping cars.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent damage to vehicles, tools, or yourself.

Preferred:

• Able to complete services on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable using pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Values cleanliness, efficiency, and precision in daily work.
• Organized with managing daily cleaning tasks, checklists, and time-efficient car wash routines.
• Follows safety rules and uses protective gear such as gloves or eye protection as needed.
