Description:

We’re looking for a Taxi Driver who’s dependable, tech-savvy, and ready to offer friendly, stress-free rides to every passenger — whether it’s through a booking app or street pickup. You’ll use a mobile app to receive trip requests, navigate to pickup points, and transport riders safely to their destinations. You’ll offer friendly greetings, assist with luggage, and provide helpful tips if asked — from great food spots to scenic routes. You’ll know your way around the city’s main attractions, airports, and busy zones, choosing smart routes based on time and traffic. You’ll follow all traffic laws and company policies, putting safety first for both yourself and your passengers. You’ll maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle that reflects professionalism and makes a great first impression. You’ll be trusted to manage your time well, check fuel and tire pressure, and stay alert throughout longer shifts. You’ll assist travelers with luggage or directions and ensure tourists or newcomers feel welcome in the city. You’ll follow all platform guidelines and stay responsive to passenger ratings and feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep vehicle fueled, serviced, and in good mechanical condition through regular maintenance.
• Pick up passengers at requested locations and deliver them safely and efficiently to their destinations.
• Provide friendly, respectful service while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and documents required to operate legally.
• Respond to ride requests via phone, app, or radio in a timely and organized manner.

Preferred:

• Maintains a professional appearance and vehicle presentation as a representative of the company or service.
• Familiar with performing basic vehicle inspections, refueling, and reporting maintenance issues.
• Understands the importance of punctuality, reliability, and passenger trust.
• Comfortable assisting passengers with luggage, special needs, or providing door-to-door service.
• Wants to grow into roles like Fleet Supervisor, Dispatcher, or Private Chauffeur.
