Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and optimize our website’s performance on search engines. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website. You’ll conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and create content that targets the right audience. You’ll optimize on-page SEO elements, including content, meta descriptions, and URL structure, to enhance website performance. You’ll analyze website analytics to monitor performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. You’ll analyze SEO performance metrics and use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor progress. You’ll perform technical SEO audits, identifying and addressing issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. You’ll collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all content creation and campaigns. You’ll stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tactics to continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to embed SEO early in content and UX planning.
• Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and image alt text for SEO best practices.
• Create and maintain SEO reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and track progress toward KPIs.
• Implement schema markup (structured data) to enhance rich snippets and improve search visibility.
• Assist with site migrations, rebrands, or new feature launches from an SEO perspective—ensuring redirects, structure, and content are handled properly.

Preferred:

• Understands on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, title optimization, and internal linking.
• Wants to grow into roles like SEO Manager, Content Strategist, or Growth Marketer.
• Understands how to analyze Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword performance reports.
• Pays attention to URL structure, image optimization, and accessibility standards.
