Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to run a tight ship and isn’t afraid to make tough calls. You’ll oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and productivity across all shifts. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. You’ll be responsible for inbound receiving, late outbound prep, inventory accuracy, and overnight staging. You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage like a logistics quarterback. You’ll walk the floor not just to supervise, but to understand every process and improve it. You’ll run reports, track KPIs, and push for better performance week after week. You’ll be the person others count on to fix problems fast and communicate clearly when it matters. You’ll maintain spotless logs, pass every audit, and keep shrinkage close to zero.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain morale and productivity by fostering a positive, respectful, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Use inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, SAP) to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and minimize shrinkage.
• Resolve operational issues such as damaged goods, shipping errors, or staff shortages with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain documentation for inbound shipments, inventory records, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Adapt quickly to unexpected changes in supply, demand, or transportation disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.

• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
