Description:
We’re hiring a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring appointments are organized and never missed. You’ll assist with email management, responding to inquiries, prioritizing messages, and organizing communications effectively. You’ll assist with document preparation, managing files, and maintaining a well-organized system for easy access to key information. You’ll help prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents to support the team’s efforts. You’ll coordinate travel arrangements, from booking flights and hotels to organizing complete travel itineraries. You’ll handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience by providing timely and professional responses. You’ll help organize company events, meetings, and webinars, ensuring that all logistics are planned and executed smoothly. You’ll assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and file organization to keep operations running smoothly.
- Prepare weekly summaries or reports of completed tasks, pending items, and upcoming deadlines.
- Keep files and cloud storage neatly organized for quick access across Google Drive, Dropbox, or other systems.
- Keep SOPs and task documentation updated so things stay clear for you and anyone else who joins the team.
- Conduct light research, data entry, or spreadsheet updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Capable of tracking tasks and progress using project management platforms.
- Knows how to prioritize urgent tasks and manage deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfortable communicating professionally via email, chat, or video calls.
- Values reliability, consistency, and proactive problem-solving.
- Willing to learn new skills or tools to better support the client’s workflow.
