Description:

We’re inviting a curious and empathetic trainee to explore the world of psychology, personal coaching, and inner transformation — no formal background required, just a calling to help others grow. You’ll assist in preparing coaching sessions, self-development programs, and emotional wellness workshops under the guidance of experienced mentors. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll help organize resources on stress management, goal-setting, motivation, and emotional regulation. We’ll show you how to design engaging self-help materials that blend psychology, coaching, and habit science. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. You’ll support the tracking of progress and help turn breakthroughs into actionable next steps. You’ll also assist in creating digital content for personal development — like guided journal prompts or short motivational videos. You’ll participate in case studies, roleplays, and feedback sessions to sharpen your empathy and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help people identify limiting beliefs and replace them with constructive narratives.
• Prepare tailored content, slides, or exercises ahead of sessions.
• Design and lead workshops, webinars, or training programs focused on mindset, resilience, and life skills.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.
• Support clients through life transitions, burnout, imposter syndrome, or goal-setting blocks.

Preferred:

• Comfortable building trust, asking the right questions, and offering actionable support to help people grow.
• Values growth, empathy, clarity, and transformation in human potential work.
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional development through training and supervision.
• Familiar with tools like CBT, mindfulness, goal setting, journaling, or strengths-based coaching.
• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
