Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll lead the design process for collections that challenge norms, explore form, and communicate meaning through silhouette and material. From concept development to final fittings, you’ll shape every detail: proportion, structure, texture, and attitude. You’ll translate ideas into sketches, fabric choices, and garment prototypes that tell stories and provoke curiosity. You’ll collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure construction reflects your vision in movement and on the body. You’ll experiment with new materials, sustainable options, and construction techniques that push fashion forward without losing touch with wearability. You’ll attend fittings, oversee prototyping, and adjust construction to ensure each piece reflects the intended fit and flow. We expect you to be hands-on with samples, agile in problem solving, and fluent in balancing creativity with feasibility. You’ll also consider cost, scale, and construction from the start — designing with both design integrity and commercial success in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Design for real people—taking into account comfort, body diversity, and day-to-day function.
• Oversee sample development and provide creative direction through each iteration.
• Contribute to fittings, photoshoots, or backstage prep on tight schedules and high-pressure days.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.

Preferred:

• Values originality, craftsmanship, and innovation in every design decision.
• Enjoys expressing culture, identity, and emotion through wearable art.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Comfortable preparing tech packs, spec sheets, and production-ready documentation for manufacturers.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Designer, Creative Director, or Brand Founder.
