We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who blends strategy with empathy and knows that every sale starts with a conversation — not a pitch. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close, doing it all remotely with confidence and clarity. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage a diverse pipeline, follow up with leads across multiple channels, and guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity. You’ll handle discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and tailor solutions that make sense — not just for quotas, but for people. You’re proactive, highly organized, and know how to keep momentum going without coming off as pushy. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. CRM hygiene? You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.
Basic Qualifications:
- Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy, whether on a cold call or closing Zoom call.
- Manage the full sales cycle remotely—from initial contact to closing the deal and handling handoff to account managers.
- Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
Preferred:
- Able to handle objections calmly and tailor messaging to client needs.
- Basic understanding of the product or service being sold and eagerness to learn more.
- Able to track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rate and deal size.
- Wants to grow into roles like Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Developer.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive to manage pipelines.
