Description:

We’re hiring Truck Driver Trainees — especially those who are starting fresh in a new country, a new city, or even a new life path. You may be new to trucking, but if you respect the road, stay alert behind the wheel, and want to learn how logistics really works — we’re ready to train you. You’ll start by riding along with experienced drivers, learning how to inspect the truck, check the load, and prepare for the road ahead. You’ll work with instructors who respect your journey and will explain everything clearly — step by step, no assumptions, no judgment. You’ll be trained in how to inspect your truck before and after each trip, keeping safety first whether it’s 5am or midnight. You’ll ride with experienced drivers who’ll guide you through real deliveries — showing you how to stay calm in traffic, on schedule, and on point. You’ll learn how to manage your time, take legal rest breaks, and never rush a job at the cost of safety — or your health. You’ll be supported in every part of the job — from communication to truck care to customer interaction — until you’re ready to handle it solo. You’ll be expected to plan routes, adapt to detours, and handle delays with calm and common sense.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow assigned routes and schedules while remaining flexible to adjust for weather, traffic, or road conditions.
• Adapt to different types of vehicles (e.g., box trucks, flatbeds, reefers, tankers) based on job or cargo requirements.
• Load and unload cargo as required—ensuring proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and damage prevention.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, or safety concerns immediately to the appropriate personnel and complete incident reports as required.
• Demonstrate safe driving behavior in all conditions—night, rain, snow, urban, or rural.

Preferred:

• Willing to complete company training programs and meet safety benchmarks.
• Wants to grow into roles like Fleet Supervisor, Driver Trainer, or Owner-Operator.
• Thrives in solo work environments with responsibility and independence.
• Open to flexible work hours, night driving, weekends, or long-distance routes if required.
• Physically fit and able to load, unload, or secure cargo when required.
