Description:

We’re hiring Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees for brand videos, skits, YouTube content, and product-based storytelling — no acting background needed, just a clear voice and comfort on camera. You’ll be part of photoshoots, short-form video campaigns, and editorial content where presence matters more than perfection. We’re not looking for perfection — just natural charisma, confidence, and the ability to follow direction and adapt in front of the lens. You’ll work with stylists, photographers, and creative directors to bring visual concepts to life — from casual streetwear to clean minimalism. We’ll teach you how to pose, move, speak naturally on camera, and bring emotion into your expressions and gestures. We’ll guide you in building visual consistency: colors, framing, pace, and how to make your content feel like “you. ” Some content will be scripted, others spontaneous — you’ll get better at flowing naturally and finding beauty in the small things. You’ll also gain experience in walking, transitions, and looking confident even when you don’t feel it yet — that’s part of the craft. You’ll also record voiceovers, host short intros/outros, and learn how to “think while talking” for authentic flow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with managers, clients, and team members during campaigns.
• Use editing tools or apps to enhance your content while keeping it natural.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.
• Stay informed on trending formats, poses, audio, or aesthetics relevant to your niche.
• Engage with your audience by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working in studio or on-location shoots with fast-paced schedules and tight timelines.
• Organized with content calendars, brand guidelines, and collaboration contracts.
• Capable of managing multiple brand deals or campaigns simultaneously with clear communication.
• Open to feedback and capable of adjusting performance or posing based on real-time direction.
• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Ambassador, Commercial Talent, or Full-Time Influencer.
