Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to create and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll stay ahead of social media trends and implement new tactics to keep our presence fresh and engaging. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll engage with followers and respond to comments or direct messages, fostering a strong online community. You’ll create and manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they reach the right audience and achieve the desired goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle crisis communication or unexpected feedback with calm, clarity, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
• Ensure all posts follow brand voice, tone, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards (alt text, readable fonts, etc.).
• Coordinate with influencers or UGC creators to repurpose content or run co-branded promotions.
• Develop platform-specific strategies—what works on TikTok doesn’t always work on LinkedIn.

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like Social Media Strategist, Content Lead, or Community Director.
• Understands the balance between authenticity and professionalism on social platforms.
• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
• Comfortable with basic graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• Organized with campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing or PR teams.
