Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who understands how to make a space feel like home — someone who listens deeply, designs with empathy, and creates environments that reflect people’s lives and stories. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their habits, tastes, and needs, translating them into spaces that feel both personal and functional. You’ll create layouts, finishes palettes, and 3D visualizations that reflect the unique goals and personalities of each client. We’ll rely on your ability to bring warmth and clarity to interiors — creating rooms that feel effortless, yet thoughtfully composed. You’ll create detailed drawings, select finishes, and present design boards that capture mood, identity, and purpose. You’ll coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure your designs are implemented as planned. We’ll rely on your ability to communicate design thinking with confidence, clarity, and visual storytelling. You’ll be responsible for space planning, zoning, and navigating codes and accessibility requirements. You’ll help define visual standards for spatial branding and contribute to systems that scale across locations or product lines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to help visualize design ideas clearly.
• Oversee deliveries, installations, and final walk-throughs to ensure every detail is right.
• Adapt layouts and plans based on space constraints, regulations, and client feedback.
• Take detailed measurements and assess the spatial potential of residential or commercial interiors.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the vision and budget.

Preferred:

• Able to manage vendor communications, sample ordering, and client approvals during the design process.
• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Comfortable preparing client presentations and defending design decisions with clarity and rationale.
• Background or strong passion in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, or environmental design.
• Understands how to incorporate brand identity into corporate or commercial interior spaces.
