Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help create visually stunning designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning visual content for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand identity. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll create designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity. You’ll ensure that all designs are on-brand, consistent, and optimized for different platforms and devices. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll help develop digital content, including website elements, banners, and social media graphics that are optimized for various platforms. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work within timelines, budgets, and file specs without compromising on design integrity.
• Support asset creation for product launches, webinars, events, or press—whatever needs visual love.
• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.
• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.
• Prepare and export files in the correct formats for web, print, or motion—always checking for quality, compression, and color accuracy.

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Understands the role of design in storytelling, branding, and customer engagement.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
• Understands the basics of UX/UI if working on digital product teams.
