Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can blend artistic vision with wearable structure — someone who designs with intention, innovates through form, and tells stories through fabric and silhouette. You’ll lead the design process for collections that challenge norms, explore form, and communicate meaning through silhouette and material. You’ll sketch original concepts and translate them into technical drawings that guide development with precision and clarity. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. You’ll collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure construction reflects your vision in movement and on the body. You’ll select fabrics, trims, colors, and details that elevate function, movement, and emotional impact. You’ll oversee fittings, technical adjustments, and finish details that ensure garments are camera-ready and runway-worthy. We expect you to be hands-on with samples, agile in problem solving, and fluent in balancing creativity with feasibility. You’ll also consider cost, scale, and construction from the start — designing with both design integrity and commercial success in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design for real people—taking into account comfort, body diversity, and day-to-day function.
• Oversee sample development and provide creative direction through each iteration.
• Balance creativity with commercial viability—what looks good must also sell and scale.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Build strong relationships with fabric vendors, printing partners, and sample makers.

Preferred:

• Willing to work with suppliers, sample makers, and factories throughout the prototyping process.
• Familiar with pattern-making, draping, and garment construction techniques.
• Thrives in highly creative, hands-on environments where concept meets construction.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Capable of maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across full capsule or runway collections.

You’ll research culture, subcultures, design history, and global fashion to feed your perspective and aesthetic range. Proficiency in sketching (digital or by hand), concept building, and collection cohesion is key to this role.
