Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll oversee the journey of our products from point A to point B with minimal friction. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and prevent delays. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. You’ll collaborate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce inefficiencies. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You’ll monitor stock levels, working closely with purchasing teams to reorder materials in time to meet demand and avoid shortages. You’ll maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipment receipts, tracking information, and inventory updates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Verify that shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented to minimize risk and comply with destination requirements.
• Participate in process audits and help document logistics workflows to improve future operations.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance, shipping costs, and supply chain KPIs.

Preferred:

• Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• Open to learning new logistics platforms and adjusting to evolving operational needs.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
• Able to coordinate between warehouse, procurement, and sales to align inventory with demand.
